Roles and responsibilities:
The ideal candidate must be able to:
xPON ONT system level test to ensure the delivery quality is in line with customer requirements and quality target.
Analyze customer network topology, applications and specific service requirements; design test documents, including test strategy, test case list, and test specifications;
Create an xPON ONT E2E test environment. Execute test case, analyze test result, cooperate with developer on bug fixing, report test result on time.
Follow the quality process: find, characterize, track and verify defects. Provide a detailed log to the design team if required.
The ideal candidate should also have:
Strong ability of self-learning and self-teaching.
Good communication skills.
Proactive, highly responsible and motivated attitude
Good team player, effective teamwork skills and willingness to contribute to team success
Eligibility:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, telecommunications, electronics engineering, computer science or related major preferred
Good understanding and testing on SIP, SDP, H248, T.38.
Working experience on GPON, 10G PON, DPoE, etc.
Good knowledge of TCP/IP networks and protocols is mandatory
Experience writing automatic test scripts on python and shell is mandatory
