Gallery 92 West and Keene Memorial Library will be offering face painting with Halloween songs and story time at 92 W. Sixth St. All activities are free.

The Nebraska Loess Hills Resource Conservation & Development Council coordinates the free collection for residents of Dodge, Washington, Burt, Thurston, Dakota and Cuming counties. This collection will not accept tires, electronic equipment, household appliances, PCBs, picric acid, scientific laboratory materials, radioactive materials or biohazards.

Halloween trick-or-treat and decorating, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Fremont Lakes State Recreation Area. Campers are encouraged to decorate their campsites with a Halloween theme.
